The successful candidate will be an individual who is reliable, responsible and works well in a team environment and on their own. *Duties in this position include, but not limited to:* - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors - Ensure projects are on-time, within scope and within budget - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop project plans to track progress - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation *Qualifications:* - Industry experience (3-4 years) - Glass, Doors, Entrances, Curtain wall - Solid understanding of blueprints and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings for stakeholders - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - AutoCAD experience & knowledge not mandatory but would be an asset. - Ability to travel for work required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care * Work from home Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
