Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Administer charitable or corporate trust funds. Administer estate or personal trust funds. Identify clients' financial goals and objectives. Monitor client investments. Supervise staff. Analyze clients' financial records. Develop financial plans for clients. Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning. Arrange for sale of financial products and investments. Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation. Investigate possible unethical conduct or breeches of securities or commodity futures law. Underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds. Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue. Prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds. Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office.
