In this role, you?ll contribute directly to the quality and appearance of our finished trailers?something you can take real pride in.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare trailers and parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
* Apply primer and paint using industrial painting equipment and techniques
* Maintain clean and organized painting booths and equipment
* Perform quality checks to ensure paint coverage meets company standards
* Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

* Basic knowledge of industrial painting processes and tools
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
