Cross Country Manufacturing is a proud Canadian leader in the aggregate and transportation trailer industry. We are currently looking for *full-time Painters* to join our growing team. In this role, you?ll contribute directly to the quality and appearance of our finished trailers?something you can take real pride in. We offer: * Competitive wages * A comprehensive benefits package including life insurance * Opportunities to work night shifts (3:00 p.m. ? 11:30 p.m.) *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare trailers and parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking * Apply primer and paint using industrial painting equipment and techniques * Maintain clean and organized painting booths and equipment * Perform quality checks to ensure paint coverage meets company standards * Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times *What We?re Looking For:* * Basic knowledge of industrial painting processes and tools * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment * Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Goal-oriented and committed to continuous learning * Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area *Why Cross Country?* Our team members say there?s something different about working here.
