Robins Construction Ltd.* you are a valuable part of a fantastic team that works together everyday towards a common goal. *Job Description*: We are seeking skilled and experienced Residential *Carpenters *to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in residential construction and general carpentry. Experience in footing, ICF and concrete would be considered a definite asset. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in building custom homes, attached homes, and multi-unit residential buildings, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: *General Carpentry*: * Perform general carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures. * Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and composites. * Install cabinets, countertops, and other interior fixtures. *Quality and Safety*: * Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. *Collaboration*: * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion. * Communicate effectively with the Lead Carpenter, project managers, and site supervisors. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 2 years of experience in framing, general carpentry, or finishing carpentry. * Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Concrete Experience is an asset *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a growing company with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
