*Position Summary*
We are currently recruiting a *Full-Time Temporary Office Administration Assistant*, responsible for reception and various administrative functions. This position is based in our Kawartha Lakes office, with the expectation of supporting all three communities within Haliburton, Peterborough, and Kawartha Lakes as required. Under the direction of the Manager of Finance this position will provide day to day reception, liaise with building tenants, administrative duties related to the Agency, as well as a wide variety of administrative services and projects for the Director of Corporate Services, Manager of Property & Systems, and other members of the leadership team.
The successful applicant will have a pleasant disposition, be a self-starter, and be able to work independently and efficiently while maintaining the utmost of confidentiality. The Administration Assistant will, in partnership with the Corporate Services Team, promote the Agency's culture of leadership, quality, learning and innovation.
*Minimum Qualification requirements include:*
* Warm and friendly demeanor
* A post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience in office administration is required.
* Must have at least three years of office administration experience.
* Adhere to CLTH?s covid vaccination policy.
* Must have intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications including word, excel, power point as well as SharePoint and One Drive.
* General knowledge of provincial and federal legislation and programs pertaining to developmental services, the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and various privacy legislation.
* A proven ability to deliver results.
* Comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity.
* Possess the ability to manage short- and long-term priorities and objectives.
* Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Require the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.
* Excellent customer service, leadership and interpersonal skills and a respect for the diversity of opinions and perspectives.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build confidence among peers.
* The ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

*Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):*
* Provide responses/direction to all public enquiries and greet/direct visitors to the appropriate information/personnel, including appropriate screening / sign-in of visitors.
* Communicate with external partners as required and appropriate.
* Adhere to all CLTH practices and procedures and the Occupational Health & Safety Act/ Regulations and assist with health and safety duties and functions as required.
