*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for technology will help drive sales and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection. * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about new product launches and promotions to effectively inform customers. * Package and ship online orders. *Requirements* * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with customers. * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. * Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions is beneficial. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
