*Cleaner* Full-Time Permanent *Location:* This is a 100% in-person position. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our office in Listowel, ON. For commuting convenience, applicants living within a reasonable distance from our office are preferred. *Job Description:* This role will be responsible for performing daily cleaning and yard maintenance duties at various locations within the company. *Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience. * Must have G license * Reliable transportation, a driver?s license, and your own vehicle. * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and efficiently. * Excellent communication skills for coordinating with management * Ability to lift materials (up to 50 lbs). * Familiarity with lawn servicing equipment (lawn tractor, zero-turn mower, trimmers, etc.) *Responsibilities:* * Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, dishes, baseboards, cobwebs, and floors. * Work independently * Follow clear and detailed work orders * Maintain clear communication with management to ensure satisfaction. * Yard Maintenance: weed flower beds, trim bushes, lawn care etc. *Why join us?* * Extended Health and Dental Benefits Plan. * Real career growth opportunities. * Flexibility to help you balance work and life. * Merchandise discount on our brands / products. * On-site parking. This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
