We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and a strong understanding of construction processes. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, as well as collaborating with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications.
* Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand tools and heavy equipment.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
* Ensure proper installation techniques are followed for durability and aesthetics.
* Perform heavy lifting as needed to move materials and equipment.
* Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople during the renovation process.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
* Inspect finished surfaces for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles.
* Strong skills in heavy lifting, installation, and flooring installation.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and hand tools used in concrete work.
* Knowledge of renovation processes is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
