We are a family friendly restaurant in the heart of the Rocky Mountains located in downtown Canmore. We provide an assortment of comfort food to locals and happy travelers. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, customer driven restaurant manager who will push Graze to reach its potential. This confident capable restaurant manager will have the freedom and independence top reach their potential within the overall identity of Graze.
Graze occupancy limit is 40 seats inside with an additional 39 seat patio capacity in the summer.
*Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Recruit Train and develop restaurant team.
* Set staff schedules.
* Actively direct the floor.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
* Develop menu to suit Graze customer base and kitchen capabilities.
* Maintain food and beverage costs below a certain threshold.
* Maintain Labour costs below a certain threshhold.
* Develop a win win productive relationship with product and service suppliers.
* Maintain a consistent food presentation, quality, and quantity.
* Strive a reach a 4.4+ Google rating.
* Capable to work in the kitchen in some unforeseen situation.
*Qualification and Skills:*
* Sound understanding of all restaurant operations.
* Proficient with restaurant software systems and their capabilities.
* Proserve.
* 3+ years restaurant management experience.
* Knowledgeable on the servicing and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
* Has a passion for the restaurant business and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience.
* Confident clear communicator.
* Great at leading a team and getting that team to buy into creating a great product.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
