*Job Summary* We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with a focus on preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. The Security Guard will monitor surveillance systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond to incidents as they arise. *Responsibilities* * Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. * Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. * Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to monitor activities within designated areas. * Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary. * Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. * Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. * Provide assistance to individuals in need while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. *Experience* * Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, visitors, and emergency responders. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while adhering to company policies. _G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
