JOB SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is a seasoned sales leader who will be assigned primary responsibility for achieving the company?s objectives within an assigned territory. Ideally based out of Vancouver, BC the TSM?s key role is to manage all aspects of the company?s sales activities while being accountable for leading and maximizing the performance of the territory to provide exceptional service to our customers at the local level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales and profitability growth within territory.
* Expansion of products sold to accounts in territory.
* Provide quotations for each territory account.
* Develop strategies for price deviations and collaborate with Regional Sales Director to keep consistent with corporate program.
* Building relationships at every level of the territory account.
* Involve resources such as PIP?s Product Management, other TSM?s, Product Specialists, Marketing etc. in presentations and training sessions to the territory account.
* Keep current on account contacts: executive level, sales, product management, purchasing, etc.
* Communicate updated contact lists to appropriate PIP team.
* Train and/or manage use of PIP resources to conduct training to accounts.
* Collect and manage information on our field-based activities.
* Other activities as needed.

* Reports to Regional Sales Director, Western Canada/PIP Canada.
* Previous experience with PPE and knowledge about PIP?s competitors is an asset.
* Will live within an acceptable radius of Vancouver, Vancouver island, Northern British Columbia.
* Will possess a proficiency in computers and the use of software programs as required.
* Responsible for development of clear, concise communications to the Regional Sales Director using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Business Intelligence tools provided (PowerBI).
* Great communication skills both orally and written.
* Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with fellow employees and customers.
