We?re currently looking for confident, organized, and people-first Team Leads to support an exciting boots-on-the-ground program in the smoke-free product industry. You?ll oversee a team of Sales Experts in the field, help maintain the energy and standards of our execution, and step in when needed to ensure no beat is missed. If you?re a natural leader who thrives on fast-paced, people-powered programs?let?s make some cool s**t happen.Role Overview: As a Team Lead, you?ll supervise a team of 6?10 Sales Experts, visiting multiple locations throughout the week to perform site checks, coach your team, and maintain top-notch execution. This part-time role (approximately 21 hours per week) requires someone who?s comfortable balancing leadership, reporting, and occasional hands-on field work.You?ll be responsible for consolidating performance data, supporting recruitment and training, and jumping in to backfill when someone is out sick. You?ll also act as the go-to between your team and the HXM Account Management crew, keeping the energy high and the standards even higher.You need to be just as comfortable getting hands-on in-store as you are tracking KPIs and sharing insights. This role is ideal for someone with a background in field team management, retail or sales ? someone who loves helping others succeed and isn?t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Responsibilities:- Oversee and support a team of 6?10 Sales Experts across assigned retail locations- Conduct regular site visits to coach, motivate, and monitor team performance- Backfill shifts when needed to ensure consistent coverage and brand presence- Gather and consolidate daily sales reports and team feedback into weekly summaries- Maintain communication with Account Managers to flag issues, wins, and opportunities- Ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines and program objectives- Track team KPIs and provide high-level insights and recommendations- Coordinate weekly expense submissions from your team- Support onboarding and training of new Sales Experts when needed- Manage product kits, ensuring materials are clean, complete, and properly distributed- Be a culture builder ? lead with positivity, accountability, and people-first energy- Uphold all compliance standards related to the handling and promotion of tobacco-related productsExperience & Skills:- 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or experiential marketing- Previous experience leading or managing in-field teams is a strong asset- Confident, clear communicator and strong motivator- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented- Able to manage schedules, performance metrics, and logistical needs with ease- Comfortable stepping into client-facing or sales roles when needed- Valid driver?s license and access to a personal vehicle- Tech-savvy and confident using basic reporting tools (Google Sheets, etc.) Requirements:Even if your experience doesn?t check every single box in the Skills section above, we still encourage you to apply.
