The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering a balanced and supportive environment for teachers, students, and parents. A proven ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students toward high levels of success, while maintaining a respectful, orderly, and purpose-driven school climate, is essential. Green Dome is a K-4 school that offers a wide variety of learning opportunities including regular classroom studies as well as foreign language and computer sciences. </p><p>This full-time probationary position includes administrative responsibilities for the K-4 levels at the school. Teaching duties will be assigned based on the successful candidate's qualifications. The position begins on the first day of the 2025-2026 school year and includes an administrative allowance in recognition of the leadership role.
