This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to operate power and hand tools, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. *Duties* * Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring a thorough clean for all types of carpets. * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols. * Conduct commercial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness in facilities. * Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. * Assist with heavy lifting of furniture or equipment as necessary during the cleaning process. * Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working condition for optimal performance. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing duties. *Requirements* * Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning processes. * Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpet cleaning. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every job.
