Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing and packaging of fresh and frozen fish products. Your attention to detail and adherence to food safety regulations will be critical to ensure the delivery of high-quality seafood to our customers. As a Fish Processing Plant Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a team to meet production goals and maintain cleanliness in the facility. Key tasks will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, sorting, cutting, and filleting fish, as well as packaging products for distribution. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the product meets quality standards by conducting visual inspections and monitoring temperature control.
