Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions. Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts. Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications. Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work. Perform other routine maintenance. Supervision: Electricians. Construction millwrights. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
