You will be the face of our showroom, greeting walk in customers, managing phone calls, e-mail and our renovations calendar. Your meticulous organization and management of our CRM database will help us maintain strong client relationships and create strategic marketing opportunities.

*QUALIFICATIONS*:
* Reliable team player
* Mature with a strong work ethic
* Enthusiastic, welcoming, comfortable managing a variety of client personalities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
* Minimum Grade 12 education (Diploma in Business management / Administrator Professional would be considered a strong asset)
* Two years minimum customer service
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Greet showroom customers and help them by assessing their needs and introducing them to our process
* Maintaining proactive communication with customers
* Manage:
- business calendars
- phone calls / voice mail / e-mail
- CRM database
- Shared drive folders
* Tracking lead generation
* Processing client payments
* Assist with shipping / receiving
* Data entry of weekly shop Inventory
* Tracking business KPI?s
* Preparing weekly pick lists of materials and shop inventory required for upcoming projects
* Ordering project materials from vendors as required
* Print work order sheets for upcoming projects and service calls
* Forward pre-job checklists to customers for upcoming projects
* Maintain working relationships with vendors and partners
* Assist General Manager and Design Specialist as required

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
