*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Facilitates practitioner access to client charts
* Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records using the EMR system
* Prepare and process correspondence, forms, referrals, and reports as required by health care providers
* Manage day-to-day clinic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and appointment reminders
* Coordinate the proper flow of information concerning test results, lab reports and prescriptive medications and their proper storage and filing
* Photocopy, process and mailing of letters, forms and documents as required
* Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality regarding the medical and client filing system
*Qualifications & Experience*:
* Minimum 2 years? experience in a medical office or clinical setting
* Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (e.g., PS Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and cultural safety
* Knowledge of referral processes and healthcare workflows
