*Job Description*
This role is for a full-time, in-person technical sales representative. With elements of both inside and outside sales, the role will primarily be responsible for managing our mechanical plumbing customers. This includes answering customer questions, product selection, reviewing tenders and producing quotes, and attending tradeshows/events. This role is also responsible for quoting other products we represent, including HVAC/Boiler parts, internally.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients (Wholesalers, Engineers, Architects & Mechanical Contractors)
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
* Host and present product knowledge sessions to existing and potential clients through lunch & learns
* Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients? needs
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
* Attend tradeshows and represent the brands we carry to existing and potential clients
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of success
* Strong mechanical knowledge in HVAC & plumbing systems preferred
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations
* Proven track record / experience with a CRM
* Valid Canadian Passport and Drivers License
