Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Operate heavy equipment. Read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Measure distance, volume, length and weight. Complete onboard and other logs. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Prepare accident reports. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate. Type of industry experience: Industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) construction. Road construction.
