*Position:* Logistics Coordinator (Casual) *Area Covered:* Vancouver *Who we are\** Hive Naturals is a female-founded and led retail sales and merchandising agency specializing in food and beverage brands across Canada. As the first and only agency dedicated to this space, we?re passionate about helping brands thrive ? and we?re looking for someone who shares that energy. We?re currently looking for someone to join our team as a Casual Logistics Coordinator based in Vancouver. This role is perfect for you if you?re organized, reliable, and ready to support our team by coordinating shipments, unpacking deliveries, and occasionally delivering product to reps. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of shipments * Organizing deliveries at our local storage location * Delivering product samples, displays, and materials to our team in the field * Communicating with our internal team to keep everything running smoothly * Keeping accurate inventory and delivery records *What You Bring:* * Must have a reliable car and valid driver?s license * Must be based in Vancouver and comfortable driving in the city * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Able to lift boxes (up to 50 lbs on occasion) * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Familiarity with mobile communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp, Repsly) is an asset *What We Offer:* * $20/hour * 0-24 hours/week with flexible scheduling * KM mileage reimbursement * Fun, collaborative team environment * Opportunities for growth in a mission-driven company *A final note:* Strong company culture and career advancement is part of our mission and a driving force of Hive Naturals.
