We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven *Sales Representative* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in logistics sales who is ready to grow business relationships and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients * Understand client freight requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions * Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments * Prepare pricing, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs * Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and client communications * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions *Qualifications* * 2+ years of sales experience in the transportation, freight, or logistics industry * Strong understanding of FTL, LTL, cross-border, and domestic shipping services * Proven ability to build a pipeline and close new accounts * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) *What We Offer* * Competitive base salary + performance-based commission * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company * Autonomy to manage your territory and client portfolio *Apply Now* Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to *safety@dhanoaenterprises.com* We thank all applicants for their interest; only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
