*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
* Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
* Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

* Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
