*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERINCE BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER! *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. * Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of food handling. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. * Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols. *Skills* * Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. * Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. * Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.
