We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years+ experience working in a fast paced dental office setting and possess exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5years +) as a Dental Receptionist
- Familiarity with Cleardent or other dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and handling patient inquiries promptly
- Experience working in a fast paced dental office environment
- Familiarity with MaxAssist software is a plus
