Your expertise will help ensure that repairs are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality while contributing to our customers? satisfaction and building brand loyalty. You will collaborate with Shop Leadership, Estimators, Parts Associates, and other team members to assess vehicle conditions and perform repairs, while strictly adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality standards. * Communicate with Estimators and Parts Associates to source the necessary parts and materials for repairs. * Assess vehicle conditions to determine if additional repairs or safety work is needed. * Complete body repairs as per estimates, ensuring all work follows industry and safety standards. * Perform a variety of body repair tasks, including welding, soldering, frame/unibody repair, and body alignment. * Operate all equipment in the Collision Centre
