This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. * Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex products and services clearly to customers. * Manage time effectively to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. *What You Bring:* * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base * Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling and transactions * Strong time management and task prioritization, especially during high-traffic periods * Ability to work independently and within a team setting * Full-time availability and consistent, reliable transportation to our Winnipeg office. * Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required *Why Join Us?* Become part of a team where your contributions directly shape the customer experience.
