We are currently seeking a Full-time seasonal team member to join our energetic crew for the 2025 Shuswap summer! If you have a true passion for the industry and enjoy sharing your expertise with others, we invite you to join our team! *Responsibilities:* * Kick-start the party by greeting customers with a funky and friendly vibe * Tune in to customers' tastes and preferences to curate personalized recommendations and exciting suggestions * School customers on the latest groovy spirits, dreamy wines, and other righteous libations * Help seekers of the spirits find their nirvana by guiding them to their chosen elixirs * Jam out with recommendations for ultimate food and drink pairings * Keep the party going by smoothly processing customer transactions using our POS system * Manage the flow of cash by ensuring accurate handling, processing credit card transactions, and keeping tabs on registers * Keep the shelves bumpin' with regular inventory checks and restocking sessions * Maintain an atmosphere that's clean, organized, and always ready to rock * Collaborate with a crew of rockin' team members, spreading good vibes all around *Requirements:* * You've got some cashier or sales experience ? bonus points for previous liquor store experience * Your passion for spirits and wines is unmatched, and you've got the groove to prove it * Stellar customer service skills that will make heads spin and tongues wag with delight * Your communication skills are as smooth as butter on hot toast * You're a multi-tasking virtuoso, juggling rhythms, and as cool as a cucumber in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail is your middle name, and your records are always on point * You're on the guest list of legal drinking age * This position would be full-time from June - Sept *Physical Requirements:* * You can lift and carry up to 50 pounds like it's nothin' but a funky groove * Standing for extended periods is a breeze for you, as you've got the stamina to never miss a beat * Bending, stooping, and reaching are smooth dance moves in your repertoire as you stock shelves and retrieve products with style * You've got the endurance to jam in varied temperature environments ? whether it's a cooler or a hot storage space, you can handle it like a boss *Benefits:* * Employee discounts to stock up on your favourite libations * Ongoing training to expand your knowledge and keep the groove alive * Paid Birthdays off! * Access to our company-wide perks discount program, which saves you $$$ at our group of businesses. * A friendly and inclusive work environment that treats you like family If this resonates with you, we eagerly await your submission!
