*Duties*

* Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, consistently delivering exceptional flavors and presentation.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting is essential.
* Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
* Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
