The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.<br><br>Duties<br />Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.<br />Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites.<br />Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.<br />Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.<br />Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and team safety.<br />Push a wheel barrow filled with concrete during pours.<br><br>Experience<br />Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.<br />Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus.<br />Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.<br />Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.<br />A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.</p></div>Company Description<div>In business for over 23 years.
