The Executive Assistant ensures the assigned executives have the support they require to operate on a day-to-day basis in keeping up with rapid growth and operates as the first point of contact. The Executive Assistant works in a complex environment that requires a high degree of sensitivity, responsiveness and a need to maintain confidentiality.
In this role you will:
Manage special projects assigned by the executives
Compile and analyze data, conduct research, prepare board reports, handle information requests, perform clerical functions
Monitor and maintain all office correspondence (e.g. e-mail, mail, courier packages, etc.), and draft responses to general issues
Coordinate resources to support the executive in addressing identified issues
