Responsibilities:Handle administrative tasks, research, investigations, and special projects, including preparing reports, interpreting policies and procedures, and making HR-related decisions.
Assist with employee onboarding, including drafting offer letters, creating information packages, managing benefits enrollment, conducting orientations, and providing training on timecards and HRMS.
Coordinate recruitment across all divisions, including job postings, liaising with management, and arranging interviews.
Conduct reference checks, personnel risk assessments, and extend employment offers while ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
