POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining and creating production routings and bills of material from engineering documentation. Plans the material flow, labor, and tooling requirements for new and existing products. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Interpret engineering release by implementing Engineering Change Orders and Notices (ECO, ECN), and Engineering Authorized Deviations (EAD). Create production routings with estimated labor times for fabricated parts, assemblies, and installations (as applicable). Calculate raw material usage for new fabricated parts (where applicable). Update production routings of component parts and sub-assemblies. Provide new design and contract support. Completes required tasks for new contract readiness such as CFA level routings, bill split and reconciliation, structure kit routings and install hours reconciliation.
