_*Key Responsibilities:*_ * Ability to problem solve on the spot * Assist the Lead Hand in all aspects of construction on site * Ability to use various hand and/or power tools * Communicate with Lead Hand as needed _*Requirements for this position:*_ * Excellent work ethic * 1-3 years of experience working on a construction site; experience in taping, painting required; drywall and framing is an asset * Willingness to learn and follow instructions * Reliable attendance *Summary* As a Construction Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, reporting directly to the Lead Hand. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining clear communication with team members. Core skills in construction techniques and safety practices are vital, while effective communication skills will enhance collaboration on-site. Your role is crucial in supporting project timelines and contributing to the successful completion of construction projects. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationAlliston, ON
