*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Manager to oversee our online presence and enhance our digital marketing strategies for two websites. a The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's website, optimizing user experience, and driving e-commerce initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to effectively engage our audience and promote our brand.
*Duties*
* Manage and maintain the 2 company websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with branding guidelines.
* The website is coded on a c-panel with a guide on how to use. Must be experienced in updating plug-ins, website security, anti-hacking protocol, and update all forms of content current and future on the website.
* Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior to inform improvements and optimize conversion rates.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and enhance product visibility online.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
* Stay current with industry trends in web management, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in WEBPRESS & GODADDY database management and data analysis.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
