EIC Shared Services is a subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation (EIC), a diversified, acquisition?oriented corporation focused on opportunities in two sectors: aviation services and equipment and manufacturing. The Winnipeg finance department of EIC Shared Services provides finance and accounting services to several subsidiaries within its Aviation segment including Calm Air International, Perimeter Aviation, Keewatin Air and Custom Helicopters, among others. Our group consists of 60 people, and we are looking for a motivated professional to join our team.
Role Description
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for developing customer relationships and creating and processing accurate invoicing in a timely manner.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
? Review of outputs from reservation and cargo systems to ensure data accuracy
? Processing integration files into Great Plains for invoicing
? Creating invoices for customer billing with all supporting back?up
? Processing payments on account
? Preparing and sending month end statements
? Organizing and maintaining customer files
? Assisting with collections on past due accounts
? Other duties as assigned
Hours of work:
? Full Time ? Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
? Proficient with spreadsheet and word processor applications
? Knowledge of Great Plains an asset
? Organizational skills are essential
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
