We pride ourselves on our technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and commitment to excellence. *Position Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support for service and installation projects, assist with invoice verification from a refrigeration perspective, and support our service operations to ensure smooth project execution. *Key Responsibilities:* * Review Work orders and verify tech reports from a refrigeration technical perspective. * Review Quotes, verifying technical details * Verify and review invoices and service reports related to refrigeration installations and service work, ensuring technical accuracy. * Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for installation and service projects. * Maintain accurate documentation of project details, service activities, and parts used. * Follow up / check in with field techs * Communicate with technicians, clients, and vendors regarding service statuses and technical issues. * ?Assist with troubleshooting and technical documentation as needed. * Support administration of service and installation workflows. * Act as technical resource to the sales teams. * Prepare and provide technical training. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience or technical knowledge in commercial refrigeration or HVAC systems. * Strong understanding of refrigeration components, systems, and installation procedures. * Technical institute training in the HVAC-R or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of field experience in the HVAC-R industry. * Trouble shooting mechanical HVAC-R equipment and controls. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to interpret technical service reports, invoices, and schematics. * Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and service management software. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Prior experience in technical support, project coordination, or administrative support within refrigeration or HVAC. * Familiarity with installation processes and related equipment. * Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary * Opportunities to work with a dedicated team of refrigeration professionals * Growth and development prospects * Supportive, team-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Commercial HVAC-R or HVAC: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
