*Job Summary* Prince Albert Brewing Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations , ensure exceptional guest experience. and help create a vibe for being the spot to be in Prince Albert. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the bar business , a solid understanding of drinks and food. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily bar operations and manage bar staff to ensure high-quality service. * Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. * Plan and organize entertainment events to attract patrons such as DJ Nights, Bands, stand up shows etc. * Collaborate with ownership on promotions, menus & events * Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. * Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and cash handling procedures. * Conduct interviews for new hires and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a positive environment. *Skills* * 2?3 years of bar management experience * Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and current trends * Proficiency in cash handling and financial reporting. * Experience in bar drinks preparation and knowledge of food dishes. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. * Passion for mixology and staying updated on industry trends. * Flexible schedule and a hands-on management. *Perks & Benefits:* ?
