The Dispensary Pharmasave in Woodstock, ON is looking for a Full-time Pharmacist to join our team. We are open M-F 9.30am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm, closed on all Sundays and statutory holidays. This position will be perfect for someone looking for a more rewarding pace of practice. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide all clinical Services and administer vaccinations. * Dispense prescriptions and provide patient counselling * Ensure that the pharmacy operates in accordance with all federal, provincial and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice * Responsible for the direct supervision and management of all members of the Pharmacy team * Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while ensuring that staff are properly supported * Investigate medication incidents, participating in root cause analyses and implementing preventative measures * Responsible for inventory management and audit processes * Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned *Qualifications* * Must be licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists * Injection certification is required * Compounding experience Is a definite asset * Working knowledge of equipment and technology commonly used in the pharmacy environment (e.g., Kroll) * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal/external contacts, both orally and in writing Compensation & Benefits: ?
