Diamond in the 'Ruff' is a semi private golf course located between Bracebridge and Huntsville. We are seeking seasonal staff for our Shades of Muskoka Restaurant. Please note that we *don't* provide staff housing.

*Cook - *You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of all served food
* Prep food, sauces, dressings etc for the start of the day
* Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
* You will ensure that all food is prepared according to established recipes and standards, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
* Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work well in team
* Food handlers certificate
