You will be co- ordinating service<br />resources and delivery schedules. Consequently, you will need outstanding customer service skills along<br />with excellent English verbal and writing skills. You will need to have a calm, friendly yet resilient<br />personality. You will need to enjoy working with people with a goal of happy customers.<br />You will be communicating inbound and outbound phone, email via ticketing portal to understand the<br />client issue and to whom to assign to resolve. Consequently, experience supporting a corporate, multi-<br />site, technology-based environment and ticketing system is desired. Strong administration and<br />organizational skills with an ability to handle confidential materials in a professional manner is a must.<br />Proficiency with Microsoft O365 Office Suite is necessary. You will be working with Acumatica, the<br />award-winning ERP cloud solution for data entry, query search and follow up. You will also be working<br />extensively with Microsoft Teams. We will provide training.<br />We are also expecting that you demonstrate that you can work well with the Evron team as well as with<br />clients.
