*What You'll Do*
* You will supervise shifts by leading other hourly employees to adhere to Denny's brand standards
* You will coordinate restaurant activities by observing the guest flow
* You will monitor sales, employee hours, and guest counts throughout the shift to ensure proper staffing
* You will complete shift walkthroughs and take corrective actions when needed
* You will communicate employee relations issues, deviations from brand standards, and other guest issues to the attention of an exempt manager
* You will help Denny's achieve our mission by adhering to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures
* You will perform other duties as required or assigned
*Who You Are*
* You have a high school diploma or GED certificate, as well as a Management Food Safety Certification
* You have completed all e-learning job code modules
* You consistently display the Guiding Principles
* You are an effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing
* You are a team player, collaborative and attentive
* You have excellent guest service and people skills
* You are self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively
* You can lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
* You can stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shift
* You must be able to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit)
