As a Barber, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services. Your expertise in hair styling, along with your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will ensure that each customer leaves satisfied and looking their best. *Responsibilities* * Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing tools and equipment regularly. * Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and products. * Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales of grooming products. * Promote additional services through upselling techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed advice to clients. *Skills* * Proficient in various hair styling techniques and grooming services. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience in retail sales, particularly in promoting grooming products. * Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the barbershop environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and encourage repeat business. * Capability to upsell additional services or products while ensuring a positive client experience.
