*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. *Duties*
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and cost control measures.
* Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
* Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety standards.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry.
* Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
* Proficiency in using POS systems for order management and financial reporting.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Previous experience as a cook or in kitchen operations is a plus.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
