A Professional Foot Clinic is seeking a full time receptionist administrative assistant for a multidisciplinary foot clinic in midtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have amazing computer, interpersonal and organizational skills.
*As a medical office assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all patients attending the medical specialist's clinic. The role and responsibilities are as follows:*
* Must have excellent Customer service and computer skills
* Opening and closing clinic
* Calling and emailing patients about their appointments
* Booking appointments
* General tidying up of the clinic
* Handle phone /email inquires
* Billing patients for their appointment
* Must be proficient in reading and writing English
* Extended Health Insurance provided after 3 months pronation period
Full time 8 hours shift: 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Part time 8 hours shift: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10-6, Thursday 2-6
Pay will be commensurated with experience, starting at $17 an hour (After hired, there will be a 3 month probation period)
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)

Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
