We are looking for a CTA Test Engineer reporting to the CTA Project Manager. YOU?LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: <ul><li>Plan, schedule, carry out and monitor tests requested by our customers.</li><li>Participate in the drafting of service offers and the follow-up of time spent on each project.</li><li>Assist customers in the development of test plans, and assume responsibility for the technical aspects of all work required to complete their projects.</li><li>Guide the work of technicians and project managers to meet objectives.</li><li>Develop equipment and program specialized test systems, particularly in the fields of mechanical testing, vehicle electrification, battery testing and dynamometer testing of transmissions and internal combustion engines. </li><li>Maintain a technology watch for the methods, instruments and software used in its field of activity, and ensure continuous improvement of the methods it develops.</li><li>Coordinate mechanical and civil building improvement projects and maintenance requirements.</li></ul> YOU?LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: <ul><li>You have a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or you demonstrate exceptional skills in the relevant fields.</li><li>You are able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.</li><li>10 to 15 years' experience in product or test bench development.</li><li>You have the ability to work in a project start-up environment with objectives in the process of being defined.</li><li>Creative and innovative.</li><li>You have experience with test bench equipment or test materials.</li><li>Experience in infrastructure project management (asset).</li></ul> ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
