<p>The Credit Risk Management team within Wealth Management is currently seeking a Credit Manager. The mission of this sector is to protect the firm's capital and minimize the business credit risk related to client transactions, volatility and concentration while ensuring compliance with our credit policy, rules relating to transaction settlements and managing any prevailing market conditions.</p> <p><span><span>As the Manager of the Credit team, you will be responsible to manage the resources of the area to mitigate the risks to some of the Wealth Management lines of business (NBF, NBIN, NBDB and WM1859) due to delinquent accounts and market movements. </span></span></p> <p><strong><span>Your role:</span></strong></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Manage a team of professionals to ensure effective credit control of delinquent accounts throughout the monitoring process of our client accounts.</span></li><li>Develop/manage/coach resources to accomplish departmental objectives.</li><li>Supervise and train employees.</li><li>Oversee sellouts and account violations.</li><li>Review and co-ordinate monthly capital requirements for Regulatory reporting.
