<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES (include but are not limited to)</strong></p><ul><li>Pack the different pieces of meat, trim, inedible parts, or any other piece of meat</li><li>Unpack different products</li><li>Work with various packaging equipment (<em>Ross</em>, <em>Dixie</em>, <em>Cryovac</em>, etc.)</li><li>Work at the various annex production tables in order to package the different products (osso buccos, tournedos, sliced products, chopped products etc.)</li><li>Perform the first pass of the jowls in the <em>Weber</em> machine</li><li>Assemble the boxes for shipping</li><li>Palletize the packed products</li><li>Any other related task.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>KEY SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Meets daily production expectations</li><li>Demonstrate product knowledge, attention to details, and packing skills</li><li>Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility in a fast-paced and harsh (cold, humid, physical strain) environment</li><li>Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times</li><li>Demonstrate high concern for health and safety.</li><li>Demonstrate high concern for hygiene and healthiness per HACCP and SQF standards.</li><li>Perform tasks that require high manual dexterity</li><li>Rigorous attendance</li><li>Excel as a team player</li></ul><br>Permanent full-time positions. Day and evening positions available.<br>Salary starting at $ 21.01. Rapid progression possible if the candidate shows interest and offers a good performance at work.<br>Premium of 1.25 $ / h for employees on the evening shift- LocationSainte-Angèle-de-Prémont, QC
