*TASKS:*
* Answer calls from customers and create work orders.
* Call customers to schedule repair appointments.
* Receive and answer customer emails regarding work orders.
* Create daily schedule for technical repair staff for work orders.
* Communicate with staff on work order timing and schedule.
* Review daily work orders for completeness of hours and parts.
* Complete billing for invoice from work orders.
* Communicate with customers afterward to ensure service was satisfactory.
* Create purchase orders and order parts from suppliers.
* Search internet for best prices on purchases.
* Weekly perform and inventory count of repair stock on hand.
* Receive inventory goods from supplier and stock on shelves.
* Maintain stock prices in computer system with targeted margins.
* Follow up with delivery of parts orders to ensure parts arrive on time for scheduled work orders.
* Enter invoices for a few key customers into customer websites.
* Resolve invoice issues with customers.
