*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product information while ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive interaction with customers. * Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in English and Spanish) are highly desirable. * Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are important for success in this role.
