*Experience*
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are important for success in this role.
