*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Pick and pack daily orders accurately and efficiently.
* Receive and count incoming inventory
* Conduct inventory cycle counts, communicate variances and damaged products, and update stock.
* Complete daily close out log of Fulfillment tasks and orders.
* Keep fulfillment area clean and organized.
* Identify opportunities for improvements in fulfillment and implement viable solutions.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* May include other job duties.
*QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:*
* Previous experience in a fulfillment environment using inventory/order management systems.
* Strong attention to detail is a must.
* Experience with Forklift preferred.
* Familiar with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
* Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
* Friendly and professional personality with a customer service focused attitude.
* Self-starter, can work with minimal supervision and direction.
